She may be best known for her antics on reality TV shows but Paris Hilton is following in her famous family’s footsteps and is going into the hotel business.
The celebrity heiress is planning to launch a chain of luxury hotels, starting in Dubai, New York and Las Vegas, which will be branded in her name.
Inspiration for the project is said to have come from the socialite’s existing involvement in designing a series of beach clubs in the Philippines.

The 35-year-old has tried everything from modelling and acting to launching perfumes and clothing.
But more than a decade after she first appeared on US television show The Simple Life, where Paris Hilton and friend Nicole Richie tried out different jobs, the reality-star has turned into a multi-millionaire with a solid business empire.
In a recent interview with the LA Times, Paris revealed that she will be adding to the success of her empire with the new hotel chain.
The launch date of the properties is not known at present.

All of the properties will be beach-themed according to the report, building on her existing projects in the Philippines.
Like her sister Nicky Hilton, who has the Nicky O hotels in Miami and Chicago, the brand will be separate to the family’s Hilton Hotels.
